02Necessary technologies

NearVance may use necessary cookies or storage for authentication, security, load balancing, fraud prevention, theme and accessibility preferences, and other functions required to provide the service you request.

Blocking necessary cookies can prevent login, account settings, or protected workflows from working.

03Analytics and marketing

NearVance uses the Meta Pixel, a marketing technology from Meta Platforms, on nearvance.com and app.nearvance.com to measure which ads bring visitors to NearVance. It loads only after you choose to allow marketing, and it records page views together with the browser and device information Meta collects. We do not send NearVance account, business or contact details to it. Meta's Privacy Policy applies to the data Meta receives.

Where optional Google Analytics is enabled, it loads only after you allow analytics. Both sites also use Vercel Speed Insights to measure page load performance; it sets no cookies and receives page addresses without query strings, so it runs without a consent choice. Both sites report errors to Sentry so we can fix problems; it sets no cookies and is configured not to collect IP addresses or cookie contents. Optional technologies are never treated as necessary, and choices on nearvance.com and app.nearvance.com are saved separately in each site.

04Your controls

You can use browser settings to remove or block cookies. Use the Cookie choices control in the website footer, or the cookie choices link in the app, to change or withdraw a choice at any time. Browser privacy signals will be evaluated with the applicable legal and technical requirements.
